Sea Trout Wooly Bugger by Charlie Hall

A favorite pattern of mine and a must-have fly for seatrout fishing. I prefer to fish big Wooly Buggers. The WB can imitate a lot of things that are on the seatrout’s menu, stickleback, Shrimp, worm, etc. An important point is that I always glue the tail of my WB at the hook bend to avoid the tail hanging. I like to fish the fly unweighted. When I fish for seatrout with this fly I use Slow Mo – Fast Intermediate line.
