Cornelis Hollestein´s Legendary Hare’s Ear Nymph

This version of the classic Gold ribbed hare’s ear has been in in my fly boxes för more than 30 years. This generic nymph pattern has been producing fish consistently in both lakes and streams all over the world. It’s one of my go-to flies and I would not leave home without it.
