This thermometer securely fastens to your fishing net or any other smooth surface and tells you the exact water temperature within 1-2 degrees. This thermometer also features a ”safe zone” outlined in green, a ”warning zone” outlined in yellow, and a ”danger zone” outlined in red to ensure the user is aware of when the water temps are safe for trout and when it isn’t! 

Use the colored boxes to determine if water temperatures are safe for trout.
Green – Are all the numbers in the green box? You’re good to go.
Yellow – Is the number in the yellow box showing some color? Consider using stronger tippet and fishing earlier in the day.
Red – Is there a number showing in the red box? STOP fishing immediately. Temperatures are unsafe for trout fishing.
